The Clash
This is the inside of a Digipak by The Clash. The double spread is a live band image. This is quite often a reflect of the video which is usually mainly band footage.
This is the inside of the Rootjuice Digipak artwork. They have divided a band photo which is of a typical positioning of the band members. This is a common way to display the band in their own genre style without relating it too much to the video.
